We do not accept returns, but we are happy to process exchanges as necessary. A $1.50 per item exchange fee which covers shipping back to your home will apply. If you are outside the U.S. there is an additional $2.00 fee to cover postage.
Our exchange policy is as follows:

To exchange an item for a different size or different item, simply go to our website: www.purecountry.net and make sure the size/item is available.
- If we no longer carry the item you are exchanging, unfortunately we cannot process a return on it.
- Return the exchange fee, the unused item in original packaging, with your order number, within 30 days of original purchase date to

Please include a note that you are exchanging for what size you want, as well as $1.50 per item for processing.
If there is a price difference in the items you are exchanging, please include the price difference in addition to the $1.50.
Packages returned without the exchange fee will be refused.
Cash, cashiers check or money order, are accepted for exchange fees.
Because the credit card companies fees are higher than the exchange fees, we cannot process Credit Cards or Paypal for the exchange fees.
Please note that we ship first class (U.S) , or airmail (Out of U.S) on exchanges only. If you want us to ship priority you will need to include a note stating that, and $9.00 IN ADDITION to the $1.50 per item for processing.

If you'd rather not return something via mail for a different item, you can have a credit towards anything on our site.
Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, which can make sizing difficult!
